D/E Review: Urkye Kleidung/Clothes

Heute möchte ich euch die T-Shirts näher vorstellen, die ich bei Urkye bestellt habe (Shop-Review). Es waren Francuzka in 40 o/oo, Skubik in 38 o/oo und Twister in 40 o/oo. Geblieben ist davon leider nur das Skubik, da die 40er doch an der Taille zu weit waren. Ich hatte sie bestellt, da ich es, und ich bin mir der Ironie hier durchaus bewusst, nicht mag wenn Oberteile aus weichem Stoff extrem eng anliegen und sich alles abzeichnet. 

Also 70-74 cm Taillenumfang entspricht einer 38. Meine Taille misst momentan locker gemessen 73cm und mein Brüste 95cm im ungepolsterten Bh. Meine Brüste sollten also noch in 38 o/oo (90-96cm) passen und meine Taille ebenfalls. Während das bei der Taille der Fall ist, hätte ich gerne noch etwas mehr Platz an der Brust, und bin verwundert das es da auch Probleme in den beiden 40 o/oo gibt die doch für Leute mit 94-100 cm Brustumfang ausgelegt sind. Vielleicht soll das so sitzen? Oder das Design ist darauf ausgelegt, dass meine Brüste woanders am Körper sitzen? Auch die Ärmel dürften nicht enger sein, sonst würde ich nicht mehr hineinpassen. Was ich als sehr angenehm empfand war, dass alle T-Shirts relativ lang sind und mir bis zum Hüftknochen, bzw. darüber reichen. Bei einer Größe von 1,76cm und einem mittellangen Oberkörper ist das ja doch nicht selbstverständlich. Meine 102 cm breiter Hüft- und Pobereich passt auch problemlos in die 38, obwohl diese eigentlich nur bis 100cm ausgelegt ist. 

Vielleicht traue ich mich daher auch beim nächsten Mal, denn das wird es definitiv geben, ein Kleid mitzubestellen. Auf den folgenden Fotos, die meine Rücken zeigen sieht es so aus als ob die Shirts zu eng sind, das ist allerdings nicht der Fall. Stattdessen trage ich einen Bh der ein einschneides Elastikbündchen hat und sehr stretchiges Powermesh dazwischen, ich habe grundsätzlich viel weiches Gewebe auf dem Rücken und der Übergang zwischen meiner Taille und meiner Hüftgegend ist sehr abrupt.

Alle drei T-Shirts bestehen aus 92% Baumwolle und 8% Elastan. Ich finde jedoch, dass der Stoff des Twister dünner ist. Das könnte jedoch auch daran liegen, dass zumindest beim Skubik der Stoff zwischen den Prinzessinennähten auf der Vorderseite doppelt gelegt ist. Ich erinnere mich leider nicht mehr daran, ob das beim Francuska auch der Fall war, auf jeden Fall empfand ich den Stoff dort auch als schwerer.

Die Schnitte empfinde ich als relativ zurückhaltend. Das Skubik ist konservativ, da ist trotz relativ großem Ausschnitt wenig Dekolletee zu sehen. Revolutionär sind die Schnitte und Designs natürlich nicht, viele Prinzessinennähte und Wrapoberteile, aber es gibt eben auch nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Möglichkeiten große Oberweiten mit schmalen Taillen zu verpacken. Das erklärt wahrscheinlich auch warum einige Teile doch an Biubiu erinnern. Wenn man die Größentabellen der beiden Hersteller vergleicht sieht man das Biubiu die einzelnen Größen etwas größer und kurviger schneidert.

Zum Vergleich die Größe 38 o/oo (Urkye in Rot, Biubiu in Blau):

Brust --> 90-96; 95,5-100,5

Taille --> 70-74; 72,5-77,5

Hüfte --> ca. 102; 97,5,5-102,5

Grundsätzlich empfinde ich es tatsächlich so, als ob die Biubiu Sachen etwas mehr Platz an der Brust lassen, allerdings empfinde ich sie nicht als weiter in der Taille. Dabei muss man aber in Betracht zeihen, dass ich von beiden Firmen noch nicht so viele Teile getragen haben und mir da die Vergleichsbasis fehlt. Außerdem bin ich mir nicht 100% sicher, dass ich die Größentabellen richtig interpretiere.

Habt ihr schon bei Urkye bestellt? Wenn ja, wie sind die Sachen bei euch ausgefallen? Wenn nicht, wie gefallen sie euch? 

After describing my shopping experience at Urkye I'd like to show you the shirts I ordered. They were the Francuzka in 40 o/oo, the Skubik in 38 o/oo and the Twister in 40 o/oo. The only one I kept was the Skubik because the other two were too big in the waist.

According to the size chart I should fit into a 38 o/oo (waist 73 cm, boobs 95 cm in an unpadded bra and hips 102 cm at their widest part). I ordered two in size 40 because I don't like my shirts to be too tight. The What was interesting and a bit puzzling to me was the fit in the bust. There was quite a bit of strain there in all the shirts. Nothing dramatic and in fairness I wore a lightly padded bra but at least in the 40 o/oo this should not have been an issue as the sizing chart indicates it to be a good fit for some in the 94-100 cm range. Maybe the garment intends my boobs to be placed elsewhere? I also found the sleeves to be rather tight and would expect someone with muscular or wider upper arms to run into trouble here. I liked the length of the shirts and they did not strain in my butt/hip area which is wider than what is suggested for size 38 (max. 100 cm while mine is a 102). 

Next time I order I might even try one of the dresses. While looking at the pictures showing me from the back it seems that the Skubik in 38 is too small for me, however the creasing is due to me having a lot of back fat, wearing a bra whose elastic is too tight while the mesh is too loose, and the rather abrupt transition between my waist and hip area.

Although all shirts were made of 92% cotton and 8% spandex, I felt that there is a marked difference between Twister and the Skubik and Francuzka. The later two are made from a much heavier and less stretchy material and the Skubik has a double layer of fabric between the princess seams. I like the heavier fabric better as it feels more substantial and drapes better.

Now, I think it's time to address the elephant in the room, that is how does it compare to the other big-bust-friendly Polish company, Biubiu. Of course there are similarities in the design but I belief this is NOT due to one copying the other but the fact that there is a limited number of ways to accompany big boobs, mainly a lot of princess seams and wrap styles, and the use of the same material, which is easy to procure and work with. Their sizing is different, though. If you only look at the size chart you see that BiuBiu sizes are cut more generous and take into account a bigger hip-waist-boob ratio.

Compare, for example, size 38 o/oo (Urkye in red, Biubiu in blue):

Boobs --> 90-96 cm; 95,5-100,5

Waist --> 70-74 cm; 72,5-77,5

Hips --> ca. 102 cm; 97,5,5-102,5

I would agree that there is more space in the Biubiu shirts for boobs but they are equally tight/wide in the waist area. However, my experience with both company's garments is limited and I am not 100% sure I am interpreting the sizing charts correctly, so I could be wrong.
